Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent image drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
